1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Slotocash Casino website, software, and gaming services (collectively, the “Services”).

3. Accounts

Only one real-money account is permitted per player.

The creation or use of multiple or duplicate accounts may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and denial of withdrawal requests.

All accounts must be registered under the player’s true and legal name. The name associated with the account must match the name on all payment methods used.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials. Any activity conducted through the account shall be deemed authorized by the account holder.

4. Verification

Slotocash Casino reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment methods, and source of funds documentation.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, restriction, or termination.

5. Acceptable Use of Services

By using the Services, players agree:

  • To play solely on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;

  • Not to use automated software, bots, scripts, or external tools to gain an advantage;

  • Not to exploit bonuses or promotions using low-risk or no-risk strategies;

  • Not to engage in cheating, collusion, syndicate play, or professional gambling practices;

  • Not to engage in abusive, offensive, fraudulent, or defamatory conduct.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and individual promotional terms.

Withdrawals of bonus funds or associated winnings are not permitted until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Bonus abuse or promotional manipulation may result in forfeiture of winnings, account restrictions, or permanent account closure.

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposited funds must be wagered at least once prior to withdrawal, unless otherwise specified.

Standard weekly withdrawal limits apply (currently $5,000), subject to adjustment for VIP or high-tier players at the Casino’s discretion.

Players agree not to initiate chargebacks or dispute legitimate deposits. Any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute may result in account suspension, confiscation of funds, and recovery proceedings where applicable.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Slotocash Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion.

Balances and winnings may be voided if:

  • Multiple or duplicate accounts are detected;

  • False, misleading, or incomplete information is provided;

  • The player is underage;

  • The player resides in a prohibited jurisdiction;

  • Third-party account access or use is identified;

  • Cheating, fraud, or bonus abuse occurs;

  • Similar misconduct is identified at affiliated or related casino platforms.

9. Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive.

Slotocash Casino reserves the right to void remaining balances in inactive accounts. Restoration of funds, if any, shall be at management’s sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Services is at the player’s own risk.

Slotocash Casino shall not be liable for technical malfunctions, system failures, service interruptions, communication errors, or unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.

Players agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slotocash Casino against any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from misuse of the Services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, and materials available on the website are the exclusive property of Slotocash Casino or its licensors.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

12. Records and Disputes

Any disputes must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Server records maintained by Slotocash Casino shall be deemed final and binding in the event of any dispute.

Players are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations associated with their winnings.

13. Privacy and Publicity

By accepting winnings, players may grant Slotocash Casino the right to use their name or alias for promotional purposes, where permitted by applicable law and subject to privacy regulations.

14. Amendments

Slotocash Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions shall take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the player and Slotocash Casino and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and previous versions of the Terms.
